Chapter 11 Account and Feature Access
AIClue supports anonymous trial and registered accounts. Account Center is used to view current user state, remaining trial time, available features, and to log in, register, reset a password, sync access, or log out.
11.1 Enter Account Center
Click the account icon at the bottom of the left sidebar to enter the Account and Access page.
If you are already logged in, hovering over the account icon shows the current email address. If you are not logged in, it shows Account.
11.2 Account Center Page
Account Center has three tabs:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Overview | View current user state, remaining anonymous trial time, last sync time, unlocked features, and locked features |
| Feature Access | View whether each feature is enabled |
| Account | Log in, register, reset a password, sync access, log out, and manage signed-in devices |
The Sync Access button in the upper-right corner refreshes current account and feature access state. After login, if you just changed account state or some feature states are not updated in time, click Sync Access first.
11.3 User State
Account Center may show these states:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Anonymous user | The current device is using anonymous trial |
| Anonymous trial ended | The trial period has ended, and some features may be unavailable |
| Registered user | The current device is logged in to an account |
| Invalid access | Current feature access state is abnormal. Sync access first, and log in again if it remains abnormal |
Anonymous users can try the app for 15 days by default. After registration, major features in the current version can continue to be used.
11.4 Feature Access
The Feature Access tab lists currently available and unavailable features. Common features include:
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Workbench | Use function cards and related entries in the Workbench |
| Project Workspace | Create, open, and manage project workspaces |
| Plugin Market | Browse and enable basic function cards |
| Advanced Plugins | Use function cards marked as advanced in the Plugin Market |
If a feature is unavailable, the related page may show Unavailable, Locked, or a trial-ended prompt. Open Account Center to view the exact access state, then log in, register, or sync access according to the prompt.
11.5 Log In, Register, and Reset Password
After entering the Account tab, switch between Log In, Register, and Reset Password. Complete the security verification shown on the page before submitting.
Login requires:
- Password
Registration requires:
- Email verification code
- Password
- Confirm password
For registration, enter your email and complete the security verification, then click Send verification code. After you receive the six-digit code, enter it with the password and confirmation, then submit the registration. Passwords must contain 8-20 characters and include both letters and numbers.
If you forget your password, switch to Reset Password, request an email code in the same way, then enter and confirm a new password. After the password is updated, use the new password to log in.
If the two password entries do not match, the page prompts you directly. After submission, the page also shows relevant prompts if account information is invalid, the email is already registered, a verification code is invalid or expired, the device limit is reached, or the account service is temporarily unavailable.
11.6 Manage Signed-in Devices
After you sign in with a registered account, the Account tab shows the devices currently signed in to the account. You can remove devices you no longer use. A removed device must sign in again before it can use account features.
11.7 Sync Access
Sync Access retrieves the current account’s feature state again. Try syncing in these cases:
- After login or registration, the page state does not change immediately
- After switching accounts or reopening the app
- You see Login state expired, please log in again
- A feature page says unavailable, but you believe the current account should have access
If the prompt still says login has expired after syncing, log in again.
11.8 Log Out
When logged in, the Account tab shows the current email, last sync time, Sync Access, and Log Out.
After you click Log Out, the current device leaves the account state. Account Center then returns to anonymous trial or logged-out state. Whether a feature is available depends on the access state shown on the page.
11.9 What to Do When a Feature Is Unavailable
If the Workbench, Project Workspace, or a function card is unavailable, check in this order:
- Enter Account Center and check whether the anonymous trial has ended.
- Click Sync Access to refresh current feature access.
- If the prompt says login state expired, log in again.
- If the prompt says the device limit is reached, check whether the same account has been used on other devices.
- If the prompt says the account service cannot be reached, try again later or check the network connection.
